Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Health and personal care items

  • Perishable, hazardous, or flammable goods

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Opened media or software

  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns received after 30 days

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift, store credit will be issued once the return is received. Otherwise, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items.
